Uganda People’s Defense Forces (UPDF) Brig Gen Flavia Byekwaso has refuted claims that National Unity Platform NUP presidential candidate Robert Kyagulanyi aka Bobi Wine’s bodyguard Francis Frank Senteza Kalibala was run over by a military patrol car.
According to Bobi Wine, a UPDF car had intentionally run over Senteza as he rushed to help save the life of Ghetto TV cameraman Ashraf Kasirye.
Now Byekwaso says Senteza was knocked by another vehicle, and not a UPDF car.
“UPDF would like to clarify that the late Senteza Frank a NUP candidate close protection person was not knocked by a Military Police Vehicle as purported, but rather fell off a speeding Car Registration Number UBF 850Z (Drone) he tried to jump to but fell off,” Brig Gen Byekwaso said.
