NTV Uganda sports host Andrew Kabuura has reportedly joined NBS TV, a subsidiary of Next Media Services.
Photos shared by the station’s CEO Kin Kariisa show Kabuura at Next Media Services in Kampala.
In another photo, Kabuura is seen posing with NBS TV news anchor Samson Kasumba.
The station was yet to make an official announcement, but sources claimed Kabuura was destined for NBS TV.
Kabuura is not the first staff NBS TV is poaching from rival station NTV Uganda. Those who previously left NTV Uganda for NBS TV included Sheilah Nduhukire and Solomon Sserwanja, both of whom have since left active journalism.
