The Education Service Commission (ESC) has shortlisted and interviewed several people for a number of positions at the Ministry of Education and Sports (MoES) headquarters, as well as in a number of training colleges and institutes across the country.
The jobs included tutors, senior lecturers and principals of training institutes as well as top education ministry officials such as Principal Education Officers.
Interviews for these jobs were held last week at ESC offices in Kampala after the ESC released the shortlist and issued a notice on interviews.
“The Secretary, Education Service Commission informs applicants who applied for the posts of under Ministry of Education & Sports training institutes and headquarters that were advertised… that the shortlist for the oral interviews is out. The interviews will take place from 4th July – 7th July 2023 at Education Service Commission offices starting 09:00 am,” read the notice from the ESC secretary.
“Please come along with your original academic and professional documents plus an original national identity card. Ensure that you follow the SOPs as stipulated by the Ministry of Health. NB: Those whose names don’t appear on list should consider themselves unsuccessful.”
