When Justice Joseph Murangira of High Court’s Family Division demanded that Naluswa hands over the documents to Bujjingo, his lawyers or court, her legal team led by Arthur Ssempebwa of Katende Ssempebwa and Company Advocates asked for more time to allow their client look for the documents.
The legal team later told court that Naluswa was sick and could not come to court.
Pastor Bujjingo is also demanding Shs300m in damages and punitive damages against Naluswa, currently pastoring at World of Salvation Church Ministries International, after three of the applications she had filed were dismissed with costs.
Pastor Bujjingo’s divorce case has dragged on since 2019 when the ‘man of God’ sought dissolution of his marriage with Naluswa after 29 years.
Pastor Bujjingo has since got into another relationship with Suzan Makula Nantaba.
